Our delivery service covers mainland France.

If you live in a remote area or on an island, please contact us with your address and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.

a) Standard delivery to the kerbside (mainland FR) is included in the price.
b) We also offer an installation and assembly service, which brings the hot tub to its final location in your garden and includes set-up. Please note: crane work is not included.

There are three key things you should arrange in advance:

1. Ensure a delivery vehicle has access to your driveway.

2. Arrange 4–5 able-bodied adults, or a forklift, to move the hot tub to its intended position.

3. If access is restricted and the hot tub needs to be lifted over obstacles, you will need to hire a crane.

1. Credit or Debit Card – Securely processed via PayPal. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
2. PayPal – Pay directly using your PayPal account.
3. 100% Bank transfer – 150 EUR If you place an order and select 100% Bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive a 150 EUR discount on your shopping basket. You will receive all the necessary transfer details in our confirmation email after placing your order. Please transfer the total amount within 2-3 days.
4. 50% Bank transfer – 50% of the amount after placing your order and the other 50% after receiving the delivered goods. We will only begin processing your order once we have received your transfer. You will receive all the necessary details for the transfer in our confirmation email after placing your order. After delivery, please transfer the remaining 50% of the amount for the hot tub within 2-3 days.

At the moment, we do not offer financing.

Heating with wood is far more economical than using electricity. Running costs are only a fraction of those for an electric heater.

A wood stove also heats the water much faster – typically 1–2 hours in summer and 3–4 hours in winter, compared with 12–24 hours for an electric heater.

Wood is a renewable energy source, making it the more eco-friendly option.

And finally, the fire itself is part of the pleasure – both aesthetic and therapeutic. Preparing and tending the stove becomes a calming ritual, while watching the flames gently burn away stress and tension.

Limit each bathing session to 15–20 minutes and stay well hydrated to avoid overheating. Allow your body to cool down properly before getting back in. A second dip should usually be shorter than the first.

The recommended bathing temperature is 37–39 °C.
On average, water heats by around 8 °C per hour (for 2,000 litres). This means the water will reach 38 °C in about:

1–2 hours in summer

3–4 hours in winter

Heating times depend on the initial water temperature and the type of firewood used. Keeping the hot tub covered shortens the heating time.

Yes – if fitted with a massage system. Air jets circulate the water, producing rising bubbles, while hydro jets give a deeper, more targeted massage effect.

This works on basic physical principles:

Inside the tub, there are two openings connecting to the wood stove – one lower inlet and one upper outlet.

As the water heats, hot water rises and flows back into the tub through the upper outlet, while cooler water at the bottom is drawn into the stove through the lower inlet.

This natural circulation continues as long as the fire is burning, with no pump required.
